Listen... we've all been there. Having high hopes, making goals, and then BOOM...falling off and not seeing things through. Somewhere there is a breakdown between your high hopes for yourself and actually accomplishing your goals and these tips will help. That breakdown is called lack of consistency and action.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 #𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲, which denotes how far into the new year women must work to be paid what men were paid the previous year. Generally speaking, women working full time and year-round are paid 82 cents for every dollar paid to a man who works full time and year-round. Mothers and women of color represent a wider-than-average gap and need to work even longer to catch up to men’s earnings.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
