Cheapest Way to Build Your Music Library: Amazon vs. iTunes

For those who know me personally, you know that I have had the strangest luck when in it comes to my music library. On one random day, my ipod erased ALL of the music on my ipod. Sure, some may suggest to just hook it up to my iTunes library, but the music on that device was a culmination of so much music from so many different sources that I was devastated. One upside, though, would have to be my discovery of tips and tricks to build my music library for close to nothing, if not free. Today, She Makes Cents, will compare Amazon to iTunes.

Have you taken advantage of the free section in the online iTunes Store? If not, you are absolutely missing out. I have about 30 televisions shows, 15 songs, and a couple of podcasts from the free section of the online iTunes Store. Don’t know how to access the freebies that iTunes has to offer, follow the steps below:

Open iTunes on your computer
Click the iTunes Store link on the left side of the screen.
Once you accessed the iTunes Store, scroll to the bottom of the page until you see this:
