Thank you for your words of encouragement to recent grads. I recently graduated from one of the top culinary pastry arts school in the country. It was very hard for me but I made it. I keep asking myself where do I go from here? Today I don’t have an answer. There are so many variables to my life. Most of them financial. That is how I ended up on your blog.
